The right dosage, intake time and tips for optimum effect

The dosage of zeolite is crucial if the natural volcanic stone is to develop its full effect. Many people ask themselves: how much zeolite should you take, when is the best time and what should you bear in mind?

As a general rule:

Zeolite is not absorbed by the body, but acts exclusively in the gastrointestinal tract. There it binds harmful substances, neutralizes excess acids and is then excreted again - loaded with heavy metals, toxins, excess ammonium and other burdens like a small garbage collector.

To ensure that this natural filter function works reliably, enough zeolite should always be added to the digestive tract.

Zeolite: The right amount – Powder or Capsules

Whether as zeolite powder or in zeolite capsulesthe effect is comparable if the daily amount is correct.

The clinically tested PMA zeolite, which is available as an approved medical device, has shown that:

A minimum amount of six capsules per day or about two to three level scoops of powder (depending on the product) is effective.

This amount can be divided into two intake times, for example in the morning and in the evening, half an hour before eating.

Reference values according to studies (PMA zeolite)

  • 2-3 × daily 1 level spoonful of powder or 3 capsules per intake
  • Minimum amount: 6 capsules or 2 spoons daily
  • Stir the powder into water (not into fruit juices!)
  • Use a ceramic or plastic spoon (no metal)
  • Slowly creep in: half the dose at the beginning, then increase
  • Drink enough water: at least 2 liters daily

When is the best time to take zeolite?

Experience has shown that zeolite works best when it is taken in the morning on an empty stomach – i.e. about 30 minutes before breakfast so that it can work unhindered in the body’s digestive system.

The same interval applies for a second intake in the evening: around 30 minutes before dinner or before going to bed.

Important note

An interval of 2 hours should be maintained between zeolite and medication, as otherwise zeolite can affect the absorption of drugs.

Zeolite - Capsules or powder

Whether powder or capsules – both forms have the same effect if the dosage is correct. The difference lies more in how and when:

Zeolite Powder

becomes active immediately after being stirred into water because the finely dispersed zeolite particles come into direct contact with the intestinal contents. It is particularly suitable if a rapid effect in the digestive tract is desired.

Zeolite Capsules

only dissolve in the stomach after a few minutes - between three and fifteen minutes, depending on the casing. This means that the zeolite reaches the intestine with a slight delay, but just as effectively. They

The effect remains identical – the only decisive factor is that the zeolite is taken regularly and in sufficient quantities. In the end, it’s not the form that counts, but the continuity – because the gut loves regularity.

  • Zeolite & other substances
  • Do not mix with fruit juices! (the acids can affect the structure of the zeolite)
  • Take with water or herbal tea
  • No coffee, black tea or alcohol directly afterwards
  • Maintain a distance from medication (2 hours)

Zeolite application: Gradually and observe

If you are sensitive or prone to constipation, you should start with a smaller amount:

For example, with ½ spoonful of powder twice a day or 2-3 capsules.

After a few days, the dose can be slowly increased to the full amount.

Advantage: This allows the digestive tract to get used to the zeolite and possible initial symptoms such as flatulence or bloating do not even occur.

When it comes to zeolite: Continuity counts!

The effect of zeolite builds up over time. Only those who take it regularly will benefit from its binding, relieving and regenerative effect in the long term. Many users take it for several weeks or monthsdepending on their goals and individual wellbeing.

The duration of zeolite intake always depends on the health goal, the product quality of the zeolite in question and individual tolerance. It is generally recommended to take zeolite regularly for at least a few weeks so that the positive effects can unfold in the digestive system.

Many users report that they notice noticeable changes after just a few days - for example:

  • A lighter body feeling
  • More energy
  • Better digestion
  • Less flatulence or bloating

For a lasting effect, the use in cures over about 8 to 12 weeks has proven to be effective.

(Note: The proven effect over a period of 12 weeks/3 months has so far only been clinically proven for PMA zeolite). This can be followed by a short break before the next course of treatment begins.

Recommended values for the duration of zeolite intake

  • Introduction: daily intake over several weeks
  • Cures: 8-12 weeks, then 2 weeks break
  • Long-term or continuous use: only with certified medical products
  • Regular intervals: possible if well tolerated

For those who want to take longer

If you want to take zeolite for longer than three months or integrate it permanently into your everyday life, you should definitely use an approved medical product - such as PMA zeolite. Only such products have been proven to be effective and safe in clinical and scientific studies.

Other zeolite products that are not approved as medical products have therefore not been tested in the same way. They should only be taken for a few weeks.
